KBA CEE

Dear customers and business partners,

We would like to inform you, in direct connection with the change in our concept of  customer care and the ongoing organisational changes in the Koenig & Bauer AG group, that with the effect from 1st Mar 2011 the company KBA CEE Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) will be taking over the responsibility of complete care of your requirements.

This is a newly established sales and service company, whose activities will cover the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Poland. The Czech clients of  KBA CEE Sp. z o.o. will be looked after by the organisation unit of KBA CEE Sp. z o.o. It’s office will be in Prague.     

KBA CEE Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) will look after supplies of spare parts for all KBA sheet printing machines, as well as the guarantee and post guarantee service. KBA CEE Sp. z o.o. will also look after all marketing and sales activities relating to the KBA sheet printing technologies.

KBA-Grafitec s.r.o. (Ltd.) will specialize particularly in the development, production and assembly of small-format KBA printing machines. At the same time it will provide technical and service training and will be willing to suport KBA CEE Sp. z o.o. in the field of secondary service and application consultancy in the same way as it is already being offered within the KBA global commercial and service network.       

Very likely you know the majority of the members of  KBA CEE Sp. z o.o. team already. They moved over into the newly established company from KBA – Grafitec s.r.o., however, the official information regarding the contact person and contact details will follow shortly.
