Dear customers and business partners,

We are pleased to offer you information regarding KBA syndicate which concerns the market in the Czech Republic, in the Slovak Republic and in Poland.  The management of the syndicate decided in the second half of last year to carry out structural changes which will result in diversification of the development, construction and production in the production plants and the sales, service and supply of spare parts to the sales and service units in individual areas. KBA-CEE Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.), with headquarters in Warsaw and an organisational unit in Prague, will become one of these units with effect from 1.3.2011. The focus of activity will be the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

It is our opinion that this step will help to make the KBA structure more transparent, especially on these markets and the position of KBA on the market should be strengthened. For you, our customers and business partners, it will mean one address and the usual communication contacts for all your wishes and requirements relating to the KBA sheet printing machines.  

The Prague organisational unit is managed by Ing. Jan Korenc, MBA, in his role as the CEO of the Company and together with the Director of Sales and Service Ing. Hynek Grebeň they transfered the team of the former KBA-Grafitec s.r.o. (Ltd.), whom you know already, to our new workplace.

Your wishes and requirements regarding the supply of spare parts, consumer material and service will be co-ordinated by Service Manager, Mr Karel Joukl, telephone no. 222 319 552 or 602 745 721 and his assistant Mrs Eva Lacinová, tel. 222 319 551.

Basic issues regarding sales, service and supply of spare parts will be dealt with by Ing. Hynek Grebeň, tel. 222 319 550. He will continue to process directly the sales business of sheet printing machines of medium and large format in the Czech Republic as well as in Slovakia.

The sales representatives for small-format machines, Mr Bohuslav Poláček (606 620 680) and Ing. Jan Šmejkal (606 723 470) will continue to be of assistance to you in the matters of consultancy and sales.

The contact person for the Slovak market for the small-format sheet machines, including service, will be Mr. Tibor Nagy (+421 905 170 711), the area of medium and large format will continue to be processed by Ing. Hynek Grebeň (+420 222 319 550).
