KBA-Grafitec printing presses are represented almost everywhere throughout the world. Approximately 30% of production is directed towards the Czech market. Of our total volume of exports, approximately 30% is realised on the most developed markets of Western Europe and North America, where trade is constantly growing. Another important area of our trade is our traditional clientele in the area of Eastern Europe, with a share of 55% of all exports. The remaining 15% is to the newly opened perspective markets of Latin America, South East Asia and the Middle East.

Complete furnishing of machines involves not only sales by means of our foreign network of sellers, but also fast and high quality service, which helps to further the good name of the brand. A team of experienced and qualified service technicians and electronic engineers prepared for service operations throughout the world is permanently available to users of KBA-Grafitec printing presses. Worldwide distribution of spare parts directly to customers or by means of our territorial sales and service representatives also functions in a similar manner.

An inseparable part of our services is also provision of professional training for qualified operators, maintenance and service of KBA-Grafitec printing presses.
